UCL Leaders 2021 is a two-day online conference organised by students from UCL. The topic of this year’s conference aims to tackle the question of the impact of the global pandemic on our lives; how it altered and re-shaped our future. As the world shut down in March 2020, an increasingly high number of people decided to choose the internet as a shopping tool. Poland was no different, with some services experiencing an enormous increase in website traffic.

The speakers will explore the industry’s prospects and challenges as well as examine how it will continue to influence our lives and change customer behaviours. Moreover, they will discuss the technology behind it and how the Covid-19 pandemic forced innovations in the industry.

 Michał Brański, Member of the Management Board of WP Holding, will be moderating the discussion,

 Rafał Brzoska is the founder and co-owner of the Integer.pl Capital Group, a leader of the modern logistics sector in Poland and the owner of the InPost brand – Poland’s largest courier operator,

 Magdalena Dziewguć is a manager with many years of experience in the new technologies sector. She is currently the Country Manager of Google Cloud Poland,

 Marcin Kuśmierz is a visionary entrepreneur with a long track record of successful management. At the beginning of 2021, Marcin was appointed CEO of Shoper – a leading e-commerce solution provider in the CEE,

 Kamil Wiszowaty has been involved with the media industry for over 13 years. Since 2016, he has been the CEO of Group One Media, where he oversees all of the groups’ media companies.
