First tilting glazed viewing platform in Europe opens on top of Warsaw skyscraper – VIDEO

Warsaw UNIT skyscraper located in the centre of Warsaw (Rondo Daszyńskiego) is developing an extraordinary tourist attraction. The only one of its kind in Europe.

Skyfall Warsaw consists of a glass movable four-person platform with a glass floor which leans out of the building by 15 degrees at a height of almost 200 meters, offering visitors an experience never before seen in Europe.

Skyfall Warsaw is indeed the only attraction of this type on the old continent, a similar one can only be found overseas. In Chicago, the Willis Tower building has a glass-floor Skydeck, and the 360 Chicago tower has a Leaning Tilt installed. Skyfall Warsaw is unique in that it combines both of these attractions, becoming the only such place in the world.

We are trying to keep the skyscrapers we build open to the inhabitants of Warsaw. Warsaw Spire had Plac Europejski, and we connected Warsaw HUB with the metro (…). We wanted Warsaw UNIT to give something to the inhabitants of Warsaw as well. During the Night of Museums, we invited Varsovians to our office in Warsaw Spire, located on the 41st floor. Thousands of people visited us. This is how the idea for Skyfall Warsaw was born, a place that will guarantee spectacular views and extreme experiences,” Jeroen van der Toolen, managing director for Central and Eastern Europe at Ghelamco told the media.

Initially, Skyfall Warsaw will be available to companies and organizations. From winter 2022, it will be made available to individual customers.
