A Polish border guard was elected UK’s toughest bodybuilder

The 2022 edition of the Bodybuilding Pro category at the PCA British Finals was won by Polish border guard Krystian Kochmański. The 31-year-old originating from Rzeszów won gold for his country in one of the most prestigious bodybuilding competitions in Europe.

Kochmański has been serving as a border guard for nearly ten years, currently serving in the Special Intervention unit. His massive appearance quickly made him get the reputation of the guy with whom you do not mess around. His uniform has to be made to measure, according to his colleagues.

In a statement following Kochmański’s prize, the Bieszczady Border Guard Department (BiOSG) informed that this was “not the first success of Krystian Kochmański.

Thanks to consistency and hard training, in 2021 he won the Polish Cup in the International Bodybuilding Competition of the PCA federation, and in 2022, he won a bronze medal at the PCA Universe World Championship. Currently, the officer is preparing for the World Cup,” BiOSG wrote.

The Polish athlete works as a pyrotechnician in the Special Intervention Team of the Flight Safety Group in Rzeszów-Jasionka and is responsible for the safety of passengers using the air crossing. He also works as a personal trainer.
