An evening with Andrzej Sapkowski at the British Library

Following the publication of the newest addition to The Witcher books, Crossroads of Ravens, join Andrzej Sapkowski at this special event as part of the British Library’s Tales of the Weird festival.

Known for his multi-layered plots, rich world building, and morally complex characters, also found in his The Hussite Trilogy, Andrzej Sapkowski’s The Witcher series has been translated into over 40 languages and has sold over 30 million copies. It has also inspired a hit Netflix series – about to enter its fourth season – and landmark video games from CD Projekt Red.

Recognised as one of the most influential voices in modern fantasy, he received the World Fantasy Award for Life Achievement in 2016. In 2024, Forbes named The Witcher one of the 30 greatest book series of all time.
