Chopin Society UK presents: Magdalena Filipczak

The Chopin Society UK invites you to the next concert, featuring a recital by the outstanding  violinist Magdalena Filipczak. Join us in London for an unforgettable evening of exceptional artistry and timeless Polish piano music.

Magdalena Filipczak’s Carnegie Hall recital debut was heralded by the New York Concert Review as “a concert not to be forgotten…Ms. Filipczak exploited it as the vehicle of violin wizardry it was meant to be …surpassed expectations.”

Performing throughout Europe, North and South America, and Canada, she has appeared as a soloist, recitalist, and chamber musician on many of the world’s most prestigious stages, including Wigmore Hall, Barbican Hall, St John’s Smith Square in London, Het Concertgebouw in Amsterdam, the Tallinn Philharmonic in Estonia, Cracow Philharmonic, the Baltic Philharmonic in Poland, and Curitiba Philharmonic in Brazil. Since 2022, she has been collaborating as a soloist with the International Conducting Academy (ICA) in London.

Magdalena is accompanied by pianist Sam Armstrong. They will play:
