The University of Bristol History Department and the Anglo Polish Society, Bristol and the South West, invite you to a special lecture: „Count Adam Zamoyski on his illustrious ancestor Izabela the Valiant.”

Adam Zamoyski will reveal the dramatic life of his great-great-great-grandmother Izabela, an uneducated and vulnerable woman who nonetheless carved out a remarkable place for herself in what was, at the time, a man’s world.
