Chopin Evening with Lucas Krupinski at the National Liberal Club

National Liberal Club Asia Circle is delighted to present Lucas Krupinski for a special Chopin evening in London on 12th October 2026. A British–Polish pianist and Steinway Artist, Lucas Krupinski is celebrated for his refined lyricism, poetic tone, and depth of expression—qualities that make him a natural ambassador for Chopin’s uniquely intimate musical language.

Since his Carnegie Hall debut in 2018, Lucas has appeared with leading orchestras including the Royal Philharmonic Orchestra, Jerusalem Symphony, China National Symphony, Warsaw Philharmonic, Sinfonia Varsovia, Buffalo Philharmonic, Armenian State Symphony, Bratislava Radio Symphony, George Enescu Philharmonic, and the Orchestra of the Americas. He has performed at major venues across Europe, Asia, and North America, including the Royal Albert Hall, Wigmore Hall, La Fenice, Salle Cortot, Auditorium La Verdi, and Merkin Hall, and gave a special recital during the PyeongChang Winter Olympics.

His debut album Espressione (Chopin, Scriabin, and Haydn) was praised by Gramophone and Pizzicato for its passionate interpretation and rich tonal colour. The album received international airplay on BBC Radio 3, WQXR New York, ABC Australia, Polish Radio 2, and CBC Canada, and was nominated for the International Classical Music Awards alongside releases by Krystian Zimerman and Evgeny Kissin. Lucas is the Grand Prix winner of the 7th San Marino International Piano Competition, also receiving the Audience, Critics’, and Orchestra Awards. He has reached the final rounds of the Busoni, Leeds, and Chopin International Piano Competitions. He is currently pursuing a doctorate at the Chopin University of Music in Warsaw and continues to refine his artistry under the mentorship of Sir Murray Perahia in London.

This event is jointly organised and promoted by NLC Asia Circle and the Polish Cultural Institute in London. We hope the Polish Ambassador will open the evening.
