The historical type of beer called „Grodziskie” can be traced back to the town of Grodzisk, which was known as Grätz during its time under Prussian control. The beer style disappeared in the early 1990s, but in recent years, it has been slowly reintroduced by homebrewers and several breweries, making it relatively rare. The beer can come in a range of colours, from light straw to golden yellow, and is typically brewed from wheat malt. „Grodziskie” is a light-bodied beer that’s highly carbonated and low in alcohol content (between 2.5-3.3%).

Grodziskie’s recent success can be attributed to its unique flavour profile and the growing interest in traditional beer styles. Beer enthusiasts are always on the lookout for new and exciting beers, and this one offers just that. It’s brewed from oak-smoked wheat malt, which gives it a distinctive smoky oak aroma and flavour, with hints of herbs, flowers, and spices.

So, if you’re a beer lover looking for something new and exciting to try, give „Grodziskie” a chance. With its unique style and its growing popularity, it just might become your new favourite beer style.
