The „Family Portrait” is a competition for students from Polish Saturday Schools organised by the Polish Educational Society under the aegis of “The Portrait Foundation” by Barbara Hamilton.
The contest enjoyed great interest – more than 600 entries were sent to our office from the whole of the UK. Final 130 portraits were selected, which are going to be exhibited at the Polish Cultural and Social Association Centre in London, during the awards ceremony. The prizes were awarded by the Jury in four age categories: 5-6 years old, 7-9 years old, 10-12 years old and 13+ years old.
The exhibition and award ceremony will take place on the 9th of June and will start at 2:30 pm, at the Polish Social and Cultural Association (POSK), 2nd floor, The Sapphire Room,
238 King street, W6 0 RF, London
