As part of the 2021 Polish Heritage Day series of events, Kresy Family will be holding the first of two webinars to help people trace the wartime experiences of their families deported from Kresy, the Polish Eastern Borderlands, to slave labour camps in the USSR.
The first part on Saturday, 22 May will cover deportation and enslavement.
Introduction to the backgrounds of these events will be given by Marysia Suchcitz and the topic will be presented by Kresy Family’s research specialist, Janusz Zajączkowski.
