Polish opera countertenor and breakdancer Jakub Józef Orliński was the only Polish performer to sing and dance at the Paris Olympics Opening Ceremony. Despite many controversies surrounding the event, the Pole’s performance was received with great enthusiasm worldwide!

World-renowned countertenor and breakdancer Jakub Józef Orliński is undoubtedly one of the biggest stars in opera music. In 2020, he was named the world’s best opera singer by Opernwelt magazine and also received the prestigious ICMA (International Classical Music Award) for his album Anima Æterna.

Jakub Józef Orliński danced on a boat floating through the Seine and presented his magnificent dancing skills.

Jakub Józef Orliński graduated from the Fryderyk Chopin University of Music in Warsaw. He also attended the prestigious Julliard School in New York and is known as one of the brightest talents in the opera world.
