POSK zaprasza wszystkich do zobaczenia portretu Basi Hamilton Jej Królewskiej Mości w Galerii POSK. Portret będzie można oglądać w godzinach otwarcia Galerii od czwartku, 15 września, do poniedziałku, 19 września 2022 (dzień pogrzebu Królowej).
W sobotę organizatorzy zapraszają na uroczystość odsłonięcia reprodukcji ostatniego w historii oficjalnego portretu Jej Wysokości Królowej Elżbiety II. Portret został namalowany z okazji Platynowego Jubileuszu w maju tego roku przez słynną polską artystkę Barbarę Kaczmarowską Hamilton. Oryginalny portret wisi na Zamku Windsor. Wydarzenia będzie miało miejsce w sobotę, 17 września 2022 roku o godzinie 15.00, w Galerii POSK. Artystka osobiście dokona odsłonięcia portretu w obecności prezesa POSK-u, dr Marka Laskiewicza i wielu znamienitych gości.

Polish Social and Cultural Association POSK would like to invite you all to see Basia Hamilton’s portrait of Her Majesty The Queen at POSK Art Gallery. The portrait will be available for viewing during regular opening hours of the Gallery from Thursday, 15 September, till Monday, 19 September (the day of the Queen’s funeral).

On Saturday, the organisers invite you to the unveiling ceremony of the reproduction of the last-ever official portrait of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II It was painted for the Platinum Jubilee in May this year by renowned Polish artist Barbara Kaczmarowska Hamilton. The event will occur on Saturday, 17 September 2022 at 3pm, at POSK Gallery. The artist will do the unveiling in the presence of the POSK chairman, Dr Marek Laskiewicz and many distinguished guests.
