While its record-breaking stature owes in part to its spire, Varso Tower stands as Warsaw’s most imposing edifice, soaring 310 metres into the sky. Varso Tower stands just a stone’s throw from Poland’s second tallest structure, the Palace of Culture and Science. Rising 230 metres from ground to roof, its monumental spire reaches an impressive 80 metres, supporting a weight of 73 tons and equipped with internal amenities, including heating and elevators.

The Varso Tower is more than a single tower; it’s a trio of architectural marvels, with the 310-meter tower leading the ensemble. Designed by Foster & Partners and HRA Architects, the tower’s glass-clad lobby boasts twelve towering trees, thriving in a constant 21-degree environment. While serving primarily as a hub for commerce, Varso Tower’s lofty heights beckon exploration. From levels 49 to 53, plans are afoot for an observation complex, complete with terraces and bars.

Scheduled to open in summer 2025, this visionary project is managed by Magnicity, a company renowned for its management of iconic global attractions. Among its portfolio are the 360 Chicago observation deck and Berlin TV Tower’s viewing platform. Reflecting on the vistas captured from Varso Tower’s lofty vantage, enthusiasts have already broken records, capturing images of Łódź from a distance of 114 km, a testament to Warsaw’s newfound prominence on the global stage.
