After years of planning, Golub GetHouse launched works for the construction of its “Skyreach” tower at ul. Grzybowska 59.
According to the plans, the tower will be 174 meters high and will accommodate as many as 900 flats for rent. Taking into account the available space, there will be „apartments” with an average size of 38 square meters. The last two floors are occupied by quite large penthouses. Over a thousand people will reside in the tower.

Warszawa Nasze Miasto reports that Atrium European Real Estate purchased the investment on paper a year and a half ago, which will handle the lease process.
The tower will have 47 floors (including the roof). Two of them will have amenities for residents, including a spa centre, a gym, a squash court, and a cinema room.

The design of the Skyreach skyscraper was prepared by the renowned Kuryłowicz & Associates studio. „Spatially, the tower is to be a spatial dominant for the area, almost twice as high as the surrounding buildings,” wrote the architects.
A simple cubic shape slightly resembles the nearby Cosmopolitan. The façade is to be covered with glass and black elements. The actual construction is likely to start by the end of 2022.
